Rooted in the principles of Psalm 23, we at Feed His Flock Foundation ("Foundation") believes that true provision, direction, and protection come from Jesus Christ, and not from our own striving. We do not seek recognition, image, or worldly success for its own sake. Instead, we commit ourselves to obedience, service, discipline, and trust, believing that Jesus will provide what is needed to nurture His people and strengthen His community in His time and in His way.

What is Feed His Flock Foundation?

The Foundation is a Christ-centered nonprofit serving the Korean-American community in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia ("DMV") area—bringing together young men, families, mentors, and local businesses to build practical skills, strengthen character, and nurture the next generation through faithful partnership.

For Young Men:

Feed His Flock Foundation exists to help form the next generation through real responsibility, real relationships, and real-world learning.

Through practical skill-shops, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to working adults and business environments, young men will gain clarity, discipline, and useful skills for life. They will be given opportunities to learn not only how to work, but how to carry themselves with humility, steadiness, and purpose.

But the objective is not simply advancement.

We seek to help form young men who are:

God-fearing;
Disciplined;
Self-sufficient; and
Capable of serving others.

Practical knowledge must be joined to responsibility. Skill must be joined to character. Growth is measured not only by achievement, but by the ability to stand firm on Biblical principles, serve faithfully, and live as men shaped by the fear of God.

For Families:

Feed His Flock Foundation exists to strengthen the household and encourage the wider community around it.

As young men are formed through mentorship and skill-based learning, families are drawn into a broader structure of support, accountability, and shared growth. We want households to be strengthened by seeing the next generation grow in discipline, service, and responsibility, while creating opportunities for trust, encouragement, and mutual care to deepen across generations.

The Foundation seeks to cultivate a community where:

Families feel supported rather than isolated;
Young men are guided with patience, structure, and conviction; and
Growth in character becomes a blessing not only to the individual, but to the household and the wider community.

For Businesses:

Feed His Flock Foundation connects local businesses to the work of forming the next generation.

Businesses are not merely sponsors or donors. They are active participants in community formation. Through partnership with the Foundation, business owners and professionals help create environments where practical wisdom can be passed down, where young men can be exposed to real standards of work and responsibility, and where the values of discipline, accountability, and service can be embodied in daily life.

Through Feed His Flock Foundation, businesses:

Each part strengthens the other. No one operates in isolation. The secret to our community's strength will be because we discipline ourselves through the grace and power of Jesus Christ to look past self-promotion, ambition, and profit.

We declare that all we seek to accomplish through Feed His Flock Foundation is grounded in faith in Jesus Christ and in obedience to His Word.

We believe that when we align ourselves with Jesus and His Word:

Provision will come, in the exact measure determined by God.
The next generation will be formed through service, discipline, and faithful guidance.
The community will not only be supported, but strengthened and blessed.

At Feed His Flock Foundation:

We will serve the community.
We will support families.
We will partner with local businesses.
We will help raise up the next generation to be mighty men of God.

But, in all things, not our will but His will be done.
